You can find me wandering the sets of your favorite TV show, on scaffolding at the White House or designing functional spaces for daily or party life. When I’m not working, I might be out solo adult cruising the Med with a pack of kids. I love to do 2 things: Decorate and Travel. One habit pays for the other.
When it comes to travel, I’ve always traveled with children. We love a good week or weekend away from our hectic lives as much as the next person does. I plan travel like it’s my full time job y’all. (Maybe it should be. It’s not.) I am into it. I like adventure, but when traveling with kids I like to know the good and bad and the long and the short of locations before I get there. And so…the travel blogging began.
When it comes to decorating, travel is one of my most important sources of inspiration. When we travel we’re exposed to much more than we are on our everyday path. I believe that because we’re more relaxed on vacation, we’re far more receptive and that’s when we take in the most. Most people see things on vacation and say “I love that!”. And it stops there. I believe we should have things in our everyday lives that make us stop and say “I love that!”. And we can! To that end, I challenge you all to see the inspiration in everything you find when you’re out shopping, taking a walk with the kids and dog and especially traveling and use that inspiration to edit your life into something you love.
EDIT. YOUR. LIFE.
