We welcome Fashion Stylist and Style Blogger Donnie Coleman White as a guest blogger to our Lifestyle section.
My friends and I decided to convene at the Santa Anita Racetrack to enjoy a beautiful Spring day in Southern California. This included some light gambling, Bourbon, Whiskey Neats and Old Fashioneds. We let the day ease by with some light fashion business talk and lots of laughing and shit-talkin’.
As we settled into our spirits, our conversations became less cavalier and more about our individual style. I am the shortest one with the white hat. I chose this classic derby-like hat look to compliment my windowpane suit and the rest of my spring male accessories; classic aviator Ray-ban sunglasses (stunner shades), baby blue polka-dot shirt, red & white American striped tie, white linen pocket square with blue edging, red, white, & blue lapel pin, sky blue polka-dot socks, and English tan penny loafers.
I had such a great time with these guys and all their awesomeness!
Among us were an entertainment lawyer, two fashion and style bloggers, male accessories designer, male fashion stylist, and an actor. After my horse won, we retreated to the front gate in our own little order of pomp and circumstance.
In our own right, we claimed this high society event.
